In this months Community highlight we are sharing more about the Mustard Seed in Red Deer. Our team spends every other Wednesday morning at The Mustard Seed making lunches for youth in our community.

The Mustard Seed is a charitable, Christian organization that builds community, grows hope and supports change for people experiencing poverty and homelessness since 1984. They care for those in need by walking alongside them on their journey towards a life of wellness, dignity and independence. They strive to create a meaningful difference within the community and in the lives of those facing poverty.

Mission: To build hope and wellbeing for our most vulnerable citizens.
For more than two years, The Mustard Seed Red Deer has become a haven for those in need. Through various relationships with the community, generous donors, and dedicated volunteers, The Mustard Seed has changed the lives of Red Deer’s most vulnerable citizens.
