I chose this quote because nothing changes if nothing changes, and that’s how I feel about staying in the comfort zone. By embracing the discomfort of trying something new or failure, you can lean into those lessons and learn (that’s where all the magic happens). You learn about yourself and what you’re capable of, and with that little bit of discomfort, you grow. Each time you embrace discomfort and challenge yourself, you grow even more.
