About this position

The Phone Experts is in search of an individual that has a passion for leadership, sales and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers. Our assistant store managers assist with continuously improve our business by developing teams  that want to sell and are held accountable for sales performance and customer service standards based on objective measures. They are expected to create a store that runs smoothly from an operational viewpoint; that is clean, organized, and properly merchandised. Our management team are leaders that listen, inspire and empower their teams to be the best that they can be.

Your Qualifications

  • Detail orientated in all facets of store operations and procedures
  • Proficient in initiating performance management discussions

  • Ability to collaborate with others to develop strategic plans and drive growth for our business
  • Adapt to challenges, providing a supportive environment that will guide the team members in a constantly changing industry
  • Strive for professional and personal growth
  • Experience managing numerous commitments to customers, operations and sales team
  • 1-3 years working in an industry where the emphasis was on the customer experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
  • Cross industry experience welcome
